Benny Zeevi Foundation’s mission is to advance groundbreaking research and innovation in women’s health in Israel by awarding annual grants that support founders and researchers dedicated to improving women’s health through funding research projects and innovative product or service development.

This Privacy Policy can be updated from time to time and, therefore, we ask you to check back periodically for the latest version of this Privacy Policy.  If we implement material changes in the way we use your personal information, in a manner that is different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website or by other means and take any additional steps as required by applicable law.

1. CONSENT TO PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND CONSEQUENCES OF NON-DISCLOSURE
   1. You are not obligated to provide us with personal information under any legal requirement. Any personal information you provide us, either directly or indirectly through your use of the Website, is given with your consent and your intention to use the Website.
   2. However, if you refuse to disclose the complete information or details requested, which are necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, you may not be able to apply for or receive the grant from Benny Zeevi Foundation program.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, WHY WE COLLECT IT, AND HOW IT IS USED

The Benny Zeevi Foundation uses your personal information (i) to review and evaluate your grant application in accordance with the Foundation’s eligibility criteria and selection process; (ii) to communicate with you regarding your application and any related questions or requests; (iii) to administer and manage the grant award process, including the disbursement of research funds; (iv) for internal quality control and record-keeping purposes; and (v) to generally administer the activities and operations of the Benny Zeevi Foundation.

Some of the personal information mentioned in this Privacy Policy will be used for detecting, taking steps to prevent and prosecuting fraud or other illegal activity; to identify and repair errors; to conduct audits; and for security purposes.       4. Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use Technologies to automatically collect information through the Website, which in certain cases could be considered personal information.       2. With websites and web content creation platforms in order to help us manage our Website;

7. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. Our research grants are only available to qualified applicants who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined on our Website. These criteria may include requirements related to academic qualifications, research experience, institutional affiliation, and the focus of the proposed research project on women’s health innovation. All applications will be evaluated based on the information provided through our application process, and grants will only be awarded to those who satisfy our selection criteria.
